I have recently graduated from Birmingham City Univerisity with a degree in Fashion Business and Promotion.

 

Throughout my time at university I have acquired a number of skills which have enabled me to excel in both my work and home life.

Having worked in retail for a number of years, I have gained a set of skills including but not limited to, customer service, visual merchandising, stock control and till management. Working in retail has increased my passion for the industry; I am interested in gaining further experience and and ultimately pursuing a career in fashion buying. With regards to fashion buying, I hold a particular interest in ethical fashion companies and would welcome any opportunity to demonstrate my skill set.

Having also acquired work experience in a buying head office, I have all the relevant knowledge needed to excel as a buyers admin assistant. I am able to effectively set up a critical path, carry out detailed comp shops, measure garments for fit sessions, research trends and much more.
